H.S. Football on WLRS 105.1

I just found out that the St. X vs. Ballard H.S. football game is on WLRS. Since when did WLRS start broadcasting sports? I wonder if they will start airing other sports? Maybe "FM Talk" isn't doing very well for them.
 
November is the month when football and basketball seasons overlap.

They could just be picking up an overflow conflict game from someone else.
 
It probably made them a few more dollars than the typical syndicated fare could bring. At least it's "local" programming. Smart move on their part IMHO.
