He was in so many good movies, including Into the Wild with Emile Hirsch...a fantastic film by the way and an excellent soundtrack featuring Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam. Also did Evening Shade. RIP!

I nearly replied to this discussion earlier and said the same...He was in a lot of stuff. I also recall he was in the movie "The Firm" back in the day with Tom Cruise and Gene Hackman.
