We're a music based high school station in Indiana and I'm looking for some "public issues" programming to run on Sunday mornings. Currently we run a few WAMC shows, and don't want to deal with NPR (especially with Ball State around the corner).

Well, what about KCRW? You could consider Left, Right, & Center http://www.kcrw.com/news/programs/lr .
Or, would PRI be your cup of tea? How about "Living On Earth"? Or "Bob Edwards Weekend" (you could just take one hour)?

Maybe some of programming from the BBC, CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corp), or the English speaking versions of some Radio Deushewella (sp) programming from Cologne Germany.
