Hallmark Channel Cuts 3 hours off new "Home" block

After just 2 weeks on the air Hallmark Channel has announced it is cutting 3 hours off its new "home" block beginning this Monday September 27th. Hallmark Channel Home will now be airing 10AM-3PM Eastern Weekdays. The new schedule looks like this:

10AM Martha Stewart
11AM Mad Hungry
1130AM Everyday Food
12PM Whatever with Alexis
1PM Previous Day Martha Stewart Encore
2PM Same Day Martha Stewart Encore
3PM-6PM Little House on the Prairie x 3

The rest of the schedule remains the same (for now).

You know who's really angry about this? The host of the "Mad Hungry" show. :D

THREE back-to-back episodes of Little House on the Prairie during the afternoon? Three hours? Are they nuts?

Nothing against LHotP as it was a fine show, but one daily episode each afternoon is more than enough for any channel. Surely there are other classic TV programs that they could fill the other 2 hours with. Anything?

Well they were airing 3hrs back to back prior to Martha, so it obvisously got good enough ratings. Infact they use to air 4hrs, although not back to back. 2 starting at 10:00AM, and 2 starting at 2:00PM

Come to think of it, it seems like hallmark adds some new show every now and then that bumps LHOTP off heavy rotation for a few weeks, but fails. Frasier, I love lucy, who's the boss, even the golden girls. All after a few weeks got rescheduled so LHOTP could return to its normal time and amount of airings.
