Hallmark Channel - Why the last minute Schedule Change?

Anyone know why The Hallmark Channel made a last minute schedule change tonight? The change does not appear on the schedule on their website or the on screen guide on DISH Network/Direct TV.

Walker Texas Ranger was supposed to be on 8-9 Eastern. A Perry Mason Movie was supposed to be on 9-11 Eastern. Instead The 1998 Version of The Parent Trap starring Lindsey Lohan started at 8PM. Also the network made no mention of the movie in and out of the commercial breaks until the break at around 910PM.
