Hallmark Hall Of Fame on ABC?

Tonight, ABC was airing The Makeover with Julia Stiles, filmed in and around Boston. I noticed that, much like The Academy Awards, there was no ABC bug on the screen at any time. Also, is the contract for the Hallmark movies completely separate from Hallmark Channel itself? I'm guessing yes, since that channel is part of the Comcast/NBC-Universal family. ???
 
Crown Media Holdings still owns the versions of the Hallmark Channel and the Hallmark Movie Channel in the United States while NBCUniversal owns other versions of the Hallmark Channel in other countries.
