I always said a country competitor could post a 4 share in this market.

Didn't think it'd be a * share in the first book.

(Note: didn't want to get sideways with the moderators by posting anything resembling a real Arb. number in here.)
 
97.1 should have done it 2 years ago. Is WTPI about to flip to oldies?

It wouldn't surprise me if she came back permanently. Before she ran off for Emmis, there was talk that she'd eventually segue to over to the older audience at 'TPI.

Will TPI Keep its Current Air Staff if the Flip to Oldies on Monday Like the Rumours around are Stating

The same rumors say that the current staff will be gone. Either they will be let go or leave on their own.

My Guess is they didnt want Susquehanna to Flip 93.9 to go against Emmis or anyone else who flipped to Go Against FMS

For whatever reason....since the Bear failed at 93.9 it scared everyone...

Which made no sense....when the Bear was on 104.5 it was close to taking FMS

Thats one of the Reasons why i think the bear got Bounced to 93.9 was to get it off the tails of FMS and to Make room for Gold
 
WFMS Under The Gun?

Y'all crack me up. Of course Susquehanna flipped The Bear to the 93.9 position to save ass. They aren't strong in the young demo, and Indy is 40% 35 or younger...they would gain ground as Hank did. It pulls from a bit of everywhere and that's why they did so well. Don't underestimate those on Shadeland though. They have a lot of money saved up to counter this sort of thing. It will be interesting to see how good their promo people and jocks are when they are under pressure. Yes, I know they're for sale but they (FMS) have a budget that is well within their realm to cover their butt if needed until everything is over.

so what time is the rumoured flip of WTPI gonna happen tomorrow if it does
