Hannity Back on in Hartford

After being dumpped by Buckley's WDRC AM Quadricast in favor of local programming at the end of last week, Sean Hanity will be back on in Hartford. Starting Monday Hannity will be on CBS's NewsTalk 1080 WTIC weeknights 10PM-1AM, replacing The Dream Doctor. This move has cost WTIC a listener. (me)

That nighttime lineup is pretty silly over there; Clark Howard at 7 and the Dream Doctor at 10? C'mon... on a "Newsradio"? Dream Doctor is on all of five stations, mostly ACs.

Personally I don't care for political talk and I for one like Clark Howard. He gives out some good advice, in my opinion. But during most of the summer Clark Howard is pre-empted for Redsox Baseball. (Not my team. Don't care about them).

Red Sox may wind up pre-empting part or all of Hannity. For those 7 pm
starts it may end by 10 or so, but when they're in, say, Chicago,
Texas, and esp. the West Coast, a good part or all of Hannity would
be pre-empted.<P ID="signature">______________
