It's hard for me to imagine them using both signals for the same format. They have done stranger things though...
As far as the new Nanakuli allotment, I just don't see CSN making a run for it. My understanding is that they are barely making payroll much less being able to sink millions into a new station.
Also, the 91.5 application is for Calvary Chapel Honolulu not CSN. CCH will be doing a local broadcast assuming they are granted the station. I wouldn't be suprised if they (CCH) bought the Lihue station from CSN.
