I guess it's up to me. How many of you naysayers predicted the quick demise of this outfit three years ago today?

I had a good feeling that they would succeed. Wish there were an official line in Vegas. Over-Under would have probably been six months. Would have won a boatload on the over. They still are in need of a local pro franchise and perhaps more talent variety, but they have hung in there in the face of a lot of competition.

It's been a fun three years as a listener, watching (or hearing I guess) them grow into a pretty darn good sports station. John and Lance are still as good as ever and seem to have regained a little of that old magic lately (back to basics). Lance's Russian Football Coach routine was pretty funny this week. Other shows have grown on me as well. I hope they can hang on and continue to grow. I did hear the Sporting News Radio guys commenting about how hot Houston is in August....I guess they're here now after the Gow purchase recently.
