Happy Birthday and congrats on a great first year. The quality of the stream is absolutely amazing. I had given up listening to LIR's 20k stream. As much as I loved the station, I just can't stand listening to music through a tin can. You guys have really done a quality job all the way around.
Yes! Happy Birthday to WLIX...but also to the "Son of a MiddleAged MacDaddy"! Yup...Perry...and you thought that I wuz gonna say "Son of something else"...did'nt you? So what'd ya get? Little girl or a little boy? Just don't tell me, if it's a boy, that his name is "Jack", Joel, or Les!!! That just would'nt be politically correct...even, if you were Bill Marr! So say "hi" to Hart for me!...and Congradulations!!! (Always knew you had it in you) Argh!!!

P.S. As an aside, and as a radio station, WALK is, in and of itself, a JOKE! Just not funny, just not entertaining! But then again, the L.I. airwaves haven't really had much "entertainment" since Sunday's 2-6 with Harry (not Harrison) Jay (not Bobby)!!! What an insult!!! (to both of them...and the listeners!!!) What's that old line about "a hard act to follow"? Just have to blame that "Jack" character!!! Damned used Cadillac salesmen!!!
P.S.S. So, "How you fixed for plaid sports coats these days?"
