Happy Birthday WMBV in Dixon's Mills Alabama

This station is now celebrating 21 years of broadcasting to west and central Alabama.

It was in August of 1988, that West Central Alabama got it's first full powered 62,000 watt Christian Radio Station.  Me and my mother was sitting in a grocery store parking lot, when they first came on. I was surfing the dial for something to listen to and discovered that this station was finally on the air. When we first heard them, me and my mother was very excited for our friend Mr. Rob Moore and Moody Radio.

It's amazing that this station is still on and doing very well.

Hope this flagship for Moody Radio South will have continued success and lead many more souls to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Congratulation is also extended to the rest the Moody Radio Stations in this neck of the woods in Mississippi, namely WMBU and the rest of the Moody South Stations

This includes WRNF 89.5 FM, in Selma Alabama. This newest Moody South station, turns two years old on December the 27th.

Although I may not like their more talk and less music approach, I'm still a fan of theirs and listen to them very often. Hope that the fine folks at Moody Radio South will continue to have success with this station and the other ones too.

May God's wonderful blessings continue to shine down on this network of radio stations and continue to use them for years to come. :)
