I know many, if not most of our radio brothers, are fathers who slugged out many years in the radio business to feed their families, regardless of the hardships and uncertainties, but some rewards too, of the business.

To all of you radio fathers, I know your kids enjoyed growing up, wide eyed when hearing your voice coming out of a radio as much as my three kids did, and my 2.1 grandkids do now.

Thank you and same to you.Man, these kids just grow up too fast.Both of ours are doing ok,one grandchild,what a hoot she is.5 years old now, saw some movie with the songs crocodile rock and bad bad leroy brown in it.Papa made her a CD and to hear her sing along to those songs is a riot.Well it's true,you just can't kill these oldies.Yall say a prayer for Tim Russert's dad and son ,he will be missed today.RF
