In the grand tradition of Festivus, it's time to start the airing of grievances.

"I got a lot of problems with you people! And now, you're gonna hear about it."

i've got some grievances for ya (none from the show [that would be seinfeld for radiohawkins]):

these stupid hd radio commercials they are airing when there are only three or four stations airing alternative secondary programming as well as a few more airing in hd with no alternative programming. you can't tell a difference between the analog stream and the hd stream. i bought a good speaker system for my radio and i am so disappointed in that fact. for being one of the leaders in promoting hd radio usage, the local public radio stations lack of secondary streams is equally disappointing.

local radio is dead, no thanks to the corporate atomaton broadcast giant known as clear channel.

in a progressive city that has a progressive mayor and a newly elected progressive congressman, louisville has no progressive station. it does have three clearly conservative stations however.

Here are mine:

Progressive talk would get no ratings in Louisville.

The Fox needs to go.

We need a gospel FM.

We need Joe Elliott back on the air full-time.

Dude, I would love to have something close to the fox in Lexington. You can have our 99.1, 95.3, 96.3, 94.9, 103.9, 89.9 if you like.

No thanks - we already have a K-Love and Air1 in the area. We're also getting a WAY-FM soon. While those are Contemporary Christian stations, I think radioville is referring to an FM version of WLOU-AM an Urban Gospel Station.
