Or...maybe a better question...what is your favorite candy? Mine is Snickers bars. I have(at least) one a day.

My dentist loves me.
Edited by formerKXRXer on 11/01/05 05:28 PM.

My sugar vice has always and forever will be Reese'a Peanut Butter cups (Snickers comes in at #2 on my list.) We still have half a giant bowl full of candy left (after two refills last night-it was VERY busy in our neighborhood), to say nothing of our oldest daughter's loot. One nice elderly couple gave us three handfuls of candy and gave us each $5 McDonald's Gift cards - they just adored my little girl's costume. Which almost gave me an idea...stick with me kid, we'll go places......

Is it just this area or is the most popular Halloween costume this year the 2Pac Shakur look? Something tells me when you start dressing up as dead rap stars* with the attitude (my wife actually sent a few of them away-she don't take no back talk from some 11 year old Eminem wanna-be), you just might be a little too old to go trick-or-treating.

*Presumably - 2Pac has been putting out brand new albums every year since he died, And a lot of hip-hop fans swear he is still alive and well - check this site out: http://www.pointlesswasteoftime.com/viewpoint/tupac.html ),

My favorite quote from the above mentioned site: "I simply wish the public could let Mr. Shakur rest in peace," said Bloomenstein. "Mr. Shakur has actively denied all accusations about still being alive, and he will continue to do so until the day of his, uh... nevermind."

Woke up with that old familiar November 1st tummy ache. Hope everybody had a fun Halloween!......

Two of my local hangouts had their parties on the 29th. The first of those was, as BJ Shea would put it, an abortion. Very few people were there(the night time bartender, her brother and a couple of his friends, her sister, one of the gals who works there and her friend, and myself. Another guy showed up later that evening.) The bartender and I were the only ones who actually dressed up. She was a witch and I was Darth Vader(and no I'm no Dave Prose or even Hayden Christiansen, either.) That place closed up around 11:30PM and those of us who were still there went to another place which was having a costume party/contest. I didn't win, but I had a great time anyway.
______________
