"Happy Hare" or Harry Martin

I listened to "Happy Hare" on KCBQ 1170 AM San Diego from 69'-71' -- He was the morning drive guy. I also have a reel-to-reel tape from KYW in Cleveland around 63'-65' with "Specs Howard" his partner at the time.
 
Martin and Howard were good. Used to listen while driving to work in North Carolina----monster signal back then.
