Happy New Year!

Let's hope that the brand New Year does not bring any major personnel shake ups. Of course we all know that someone, somewhere, will end up getting the ax. But wouldn't it be nice for just one year that everyone's job was secure?

I know....dream on!

It's a nice thought, Mark. I'd love to say the Bills will make the playoffs before another local radio person is shown the door but I'm not that foolishly optimistic. :p

Have a great new year, Mark...and please spare a moment every once in a while to think of all of us still slogging away in the business. Guess we can use a few bits of good karma...

Here is to Bill Lacy, Harv Moore, Tom Donahue and Kevin O'Connell all having great years and excellent on-air shifts on their respective stations.

There has been a firing that happened just before the end of the year. The owners of WJJL fired John Restaino last Thursday after he finished his show. I know it's not a big corporate station but was just wondering if anyone knows what happened.
