There was some television news coverage. There might also have been some televised coverage of the fireworks from the CN Tower in Toronto. (something they rarely do, due to cost)

News is all over this $120,000 investment in a duck in Toronto...anyone know what an over sized yellow rubber duck has to do with Canada?
They could have at least invested in an oversized maple leaf or something...lol

For reasons I fail to fathom the giant duck is a big deal with Millenials.
It was here in Pittsburgh a couple of years ago and people are still talking about it.
