Possibly. But I think it's more of whatever it is in the Judy Reservoir that makes Mount Vernon tap water so crappy (and they think fluoridation is a bad idea around here.)

We have to have bottled water delivery, like a lot of people in Mount Vernon (I should honestly start sending the city my Sparkletts bill. If more people started doing that, maybe Skagit County PUD will finally do something about it.)
