I wanted to wish everyone here have a good time tomorrow and remember what it's about. We take things for granted now.
2013 has been a dull radio year (nothing really exciting going on) but, maybe that means we have some stability along the FM dial here in the world's most boring radio market. We have 10,000 country stations, 10,000 rap stations and a simulcast on a much weaker Cumulus station to boot. (How's about you bring back Rock 106??? I miss hearing the crap TK won't play)

All I want for Christmas is an oldies station, Wave 102 is starting to play too much girlie music. if I want girlie music, I'll turn on 92.1, 93.3 (whooops.. can't now) or any other FM along the dial.

As our generation gets older, the big wigs will see a shift in the demographics.

I live close to WHWY's stick and, I have to filter them out. WHWY is whopping Country 105.5's ass.. Give it up, Cumulus. Your signal sucks even out here past Hurlbert.

The FCC should reduce the amount of bandwidth it allows FM stations to use so they could start issuing licenses for even numbered channels on the FM dial. Like, I'm sure a station could be squeezed in on 107.6 down in Navarre.

Oh, the government would have to require all FM radios be recalled and upgraded, but those big international corporations can handle that expense... no problem.
 
You should know by now, we don't use 9KHZ steps, only 10.. abort, retry, fail.
