Really hate to see a comparison of Bohannon and Harlow! Bohannon should have been gone long ago....a complete waste without an original thought in his head. Mr. Corporate pleaser, that was Bohannon. They probably just got rid of him because he made too much money, not because of his incredible ineptitude. And that's pretty pathetic. Harlow on the other hand, while playing the corporate game, does have many redeeming qualities and manages to have original thoughts and ideas.
 
There is really no comparison between Harlow and Bohannan. Dick is a much better golfer than Morgan.

There are more problems in this region. Greensboro's revenues are pacing way behind last year and for every month. There is still an evil axis in the building and plenty of nepotism.
The bible (gap report) shows the incompetence in Greensboro.
T. Satterfield should have been fired ages ago, has he ever delivered a good book? (, along with his overpaid wife Angie Ward.
Morgan is only the beginning. Tool Ass (toulas) has taken over the market and you can already see the cost cutting with the Raleigh morning show "Showgram".
It's sad but this market has been screwed up for years.
Pyle is in a similar mode of heavy drinking and problems.
Just some thoughts from an insider and women's view.
 
At least Kim Pyle had a history with the GSO stations, unlike the string of managers CC moved in who didn't have a clue about their history. She'll actually care about the people there, although she's pretty blind to the nepotism and how it effects the group as a whole. Some of the cuts over the past year or so helped to break up the controlling club that developed under Morgan Bohannon's rule and that has to be an improvement. As long as CC owns the GSO stations, though, there's never going to be a chance to catch up with Entercom.

Everybody here has an "agenda." Whoever MsBBT is her observations are as valuable as any other, moreso probably because it sounds like she still worsk at CC-GSO and has some insights. From what little I know her comments echo those I have heard from others about the CC mess there.

Cut her some slack.
 
Allow me to draw a humorous, yet fairly accurate picture of the three CC managers being discussed...

If (hypothetically) there were a large explosion and the only standing CC employee was a CC Mkt Manager, here's how I see their priorites:

Dick Harlow: Saving every other life in the building regardless of the loss of corporate information / $$ / etc.

Kim Pyle: Though feeling VERY torn, saving the corporate info, $$, etc. then heading to Butlers for a cocktail.

Bohannon: Using injured employees as a human shield to get the corp info, $$ and his golf clubs out of the building. Stopping only to see if there were any wallets laying around with extra cash in them.

Is MsBBT really an insider? If she/he/it were you would think they would know that George Toulas is not over Charlotte and had nothing to do with Mr Bohannon's departure.
 
Hey, let's not pick nits w/ little MsBBT. Her viewpoint is legitimate, after all. Smearing Satterfield, who is at the mercy of the idiots who run CC, is completely legitimate. And the sliming of Angie for being "overpaid" (I'm sure we're using MsBBT's definition of that) is perfectly LEGITIMATE. After all, Angie begged and pleaded to be placed on the AM show with ego-boy, I'm sure. Now, look at me: I'm doing it. See the ill effects of a virgin poster's "stirring the pot".
