Happy Trails, Steve DiNardo!

Radio & Records reports he will be "stepping down" as VP/GM of KFRC and Live 105 on Thursday, putting the wraps on a resume that spans just over a quarter-century.

Interesting this happens just days after another GM with CBS, Tom Chiusano announced he was "stepping down"; he too had spent over 20 years in radio, namely WXRK/K-Rock.

Steve is a genuine class act! Anyone who knows him or has worked with him knows that! He will be missed and this is a tremendous loss for CBS, but an enormous gain for whomever has the brains to hire him. He has great relationships and will be an asset to whomever wants to win.

Steve is the best!!! A no BULL%@#T type of guy in day of people with half ass answers.

I've worked for 14 GMs in the last 30 years and have never met a smarter radio guy that Steve Dinardo... ever.
If he wasn't such a good business manager he'd make a great programmer or write for TV/Film.
CBS' lose... someone else will gain...big.
