Admitting he's "tired of getting up at three in the morning every day," Ed Buchanan, better known to WLAV/96.9 listeners as "Uncle Buck," plans to leave the Grand Rapids classic rock station and its "Kevin Matthews Morning Show" after tomorrow's broadcast.

Incidentally, WLAV is owned by Citadel, whose acquisition by Cumulus was made official earlier today. So I would say he picked a perfect time to retire.
