Harris Impulse 12 weird issue

Hello,

We have a Harris Digital Impulse 12 channel console. Recently it has been doing a strange thing where all of the lights on the board light up, meaning literally it randomly turns on ALL on / off switches, PGM 1, 2, 3, Cue buttons, etc for each channel.

This of course bumps us off the air, since no audio can be routed through it.

Has anyone experienced this type of thing before, what is the likely culprit?
 
the last time I had an issue like that, it was the power supply adjustments on each of the main boards. Harris was able to provide me with the alignment and adjustment procedures which I have if you want to contact me offline.
