I understand Russ O'neil starts next Monday on air 2-6 pm on KCWD.
That Bob Mitchelll and Tom Parker have exited KHOZ. Looks like some interesting things begginging to happen.

KHOZ is crazy to have let those two go. Is Bob Mitchell not a Country Music Hall of Famer?? Tom Parker has been there as long as I can remember as well. Wonder what will become of the morning "Party Line"....

Russ will be a good fit on KCWD... they are really stepping up their efforts lately by going live and local.

I got an email from Russ a couple of weeks ago with a new address,, He was my mentor when I started at KCWD in 88',, I guess the new "owners" have made some changes that I probably will never understand. He'll do well in what ever capacity he undertakes. Bob Mitchell, wonder what he'll do? Maybe Jaime Holt will find a spot for him in Berryville.. Tom Parker,, class act and a great news man.. anyone with further news please email me

Being fired is allways a good reason to get your stuff and head out the door. A station headed downhill will allways do fine without anbody.
