Brammy's notes: These are the rankings for January vs. The Holiday ratings period. While WRCH is down from the Holiday ratings periord (obviously) they are up from the December Ratings. I wonder if the reason for Kool Radio's drop to its lowest ratings since they began showing in the ratings in January 2017 is due to their technical problems. On New Year's Day I woke up at 6:30AM and they were running a Dead Carrier. I finally noticed them back on after 4PM. Then again on Friday January 5th they were running a dead carrier most of the day. On a Saturday Morning a few weeks ago they were runnng Dead Air until sometime after Casey's Top 40 started. Last week during morning drive they went to Dead air at least 3 times all lasting 10 mins or more. I know several people who have given up on this station. And I don't know how many people are actually listening on 990 as opposed to 96.1, but on 990 there is an annoying hum. I'm not an engineer, but I would venture to say the hum is from the computer the use to play back the Oldies Music. The hum is not present when they are runnning the Italian Show and the pre-taped Lutheran Church Mass on Sundays.
