990 still dark, 1180 still for sale. The first $59,000.00 cash takes it home! Long term transmitter site lease in place, somes with the two transmitters, you've gotta build the studio.
10 years ago, Charles River Broadcasting paid $585,000.00 for the station. Fuller made a KILLING on that one. $59k sounds fair for an 1800 watt day-timer.
RI license renewals are due December 2nd this year, and the licenses expire next spring. That's when you'll see the FCC catch up on their paperwork and officially delete the license and calls for 990.
