Has anyone heard of this station?

It's called Langley Community Radio or LCR for short. They broadcast on 1610 AM in Langley, WA, playing an ecltetic music format, along with John Doyle's timechecks and TWC forecasts. I picked it up while on a boat trip 3 weeks ago.
 
The first time I saw the site, there were problems. I will try to go to LCR's website.
