Has anyone noticed....

That recently some of the update anchors on ESPN Radio have been horrible. Messing up very frequently. One guy (cant even make out his name when he says it) just left the music bed running for about 10 seconds and has clearing his throat, it was brrutal.

They also cut off the last 5 seconds of the update to promo other ESPN happenings.
They run it like amateurs.

There has been a very noticeable quality drop in the on-air presentation recently by the "four-letter" network. I find myself listening to more FSR & SNR because of this.

I have to listen to ESPN, since the FSR and SNR affilates closest to me play the awful Royals, but hey there announcers are good.

that's because the SC updates are timed, if the update is 2 minutes, and you have a 2 minute script written out, and flub up partially through it, you're going to get cut off
