I laughed so hard that I scraped both of my elbows when I stumbled over it:

The Connecticut highway advisory system is pretty good, actually, although there are annoying coverage gaps. Info is updated every 10 minutes and even accidents causing delays on non-Interstates (even some local roads) get reported and updated. I always check 1610 or 1670 when I head out on I-91 just to make sure I'm not driving into trouble. Not a waste of THIS taxpayer's dollars.
