Re: Lex and Terror
Surely it's a gag put on by the station. Bad as L&T did here at Q-102, there's likely little name recognition (except by us.) By chance, did this billboard have the "Q-102" logo on it? Maybe it's an old one from 1998. Considering how long that one Q-102 billboard sat on Central Expressway in Allen, nearly 3 years after Q-102's demise, maybe it's just an old one they forgot to take down.
Gotta be a stunt. Who else would care? Big question is, will L&T be stupid enough to relocate to Dallas AGAIN from Jacksonville, FL? Things sure didn't pan out the first time.
Got an idea for a station. Let's bring all the "talent" who were chased out of the market years ago, only to be hired back again locally, and put them all on one station. Lex and Terry, Gene and Julie, surely there's others. Strike up a chorus of Shalamar's "Second Time Around," but delete the part about being "better than the first time."
