Has KWBA-DT dropped LATV from Channel 58-2?

It may be related to the problem Journal has been having with
integrating KWBA-TV into the KGUN-TV plant which has also been
causing problems on channel 9:

...just called KGUN/KWBA and it indeed is something wrong with the transmitter, Journal hasn't dropped LATV from the service...
