Has NBC 10 News gone too far? (WCAU-TV)

I don't think that Channels 3, 6 and 29 would even show these Disturbing Images on their websites in my opinion and if the station (WCAU-TV) did broadcast the story on their newscasts today and showing the guy flashing the reporter, did the station do the right thing or not by broadcasting this or not. See for yourself: http://www.nbc10.com/news/13949550/detail.html?dl=mainclick

After having seen the report (twice) and the intro about how "shocking" it is (twice), I came away wondering where the "shock" went. Clearly the guy has no class but, after heavily pixelating it, there was absolutely no shock value. Just a 'got ya'.

Was it tabloidish: yes. But it happened and made for interesting tape.

More shocking was the actual footage of the judge (the mad flasher's mommy). She looks as if someone just went over to the memorial park and dug her up. Equally shocking that she still sits on a bench somewhere and pronounces judgment on people. Now THAT goes too far.
