Has promoting evolution and Jam'n on Kiss 108?

Listening to Kiss... And before a song start up you will hear "The evolution has started in Boston, 101.7 All things dance. And another one to quote and will not quote the whole... "Sometimes you're feeling pop and sometimes your feeling Hip Hop, we have you covered kiss 108, And on Jam'n 94.5 Boston's #1 for hip hop "Boston's killer combination, KISS and JAM'N... And another "All the music Boston needs is as easy as One, Two, three" in reference to 108, 945, and 101.7.... I know its more or less marketing, but has declining ratings been a reason for CCs #1 rated to promote the others next to them that are not doing as well? Thoughts?

They are doing the same in Providence...On B101 I hear "Three decades of Classic hits B101 90's and todays music is on 93.3 COAST FM."
 
I sometimes listen to WFLA in Tampa via Iheart radio and they promote their other Tampa cluster stations. I think this is the norm from CC these days.

Clear Channel has been "cross promoting" stations for years -- As long as the listeners stay within the "cluster" they are happy :)
