Has the Coronavirus Officially Suspended the TV Repack Process?

Has COVID-19 resulted in an official suspension of the repack process in markets/stations that haven't switched frequencies yet?

Broadcasting & Cable reports that the FCC has recently allowed Phase 9 stations to wait until Phase 10 (May 2-July 3) to switch:

The remaining stations in my DMA that have yet to switch (in the Springfield side of the Springfield/Decatur/Champaign DMA) are in Phase 9. Nothing has happened on the repack yet here with those stations:

No. Stations that can't make their date--and those impacted by those who can't make their date--may seek a delay. Some of the tower and transmitter crews, as well as all of the helicopter crews as far as I know, have stopped working for the time being.

But several stations have already moved in Phase 9 and several stations that had already moved in previous phases but were on temporary facilities have moved to final facilities since Phase 9 began. So some things are continuing, at least so far.
