Has the Flooding Around WDDZ Helped the Signal?

Saw the picture on the lastest Fybush.com report. I was wondering if all that water so close to the towers has increased the signal at all on 550?

How about the 1010 signal in Newport NH, WNTK? Is flooding helping that signal at all?

Just wondering.
