Haven't heard Dave Grosbie on KIRO yet, when does he start?

What's up with Mitch Levy being on with Gas on Mondays?

For an answer to your second question: I have no idea, I didn't even realize Mitch was on the Gas Man's show regularly; i'm listening to online radio on my Ipod Touch or XM that time of day.

I can answer the first question though: IIRC Groz had some kind of non compete clause or something like that either from his KJR contract or something related to KIRO, I forget which; I think Dave's starting on 710 in August or September, although I would have to check online to make sure.

I think they put Mitch on to soften the blow of groz leaving. I HATE that they don't do voicemails and In The News anymore. That was appointment listening for me, and now there is zero reason to listen to Gas. Would much rather listen to Calabro and I'll be doing that more often when Groz is on.

Sweet! At first I thought this was fake, but I just went on another radio news website and they have the same thing; this is a great move for KJR and I will definitely be tuning in on Saturdays, I used to listen to him every so often on KRKO and am very happy that he's back on 950. By the way I remember when he was on with Mitch in the Morning as well, "Mr. Trivia" is back where he belongs.
