Has WBLQ moved to 96.7?

While driving on 95 through southwest RI I noticed that the Bloomberg business station on 96.9 from eastern Long Island was loud and clear and another station that sounded like BLQ was on 96.7FM. If they did move to 96.7, it was a good move. The signal is a lot better and there is no more interference from the Long Island 96.9 or 96.9 in Boston.

>From what I understand he has moved to 96.7. Presently he is having a problem with Verizon and the phone line.He has atower that he still needs to erect.

His automation computer is at the transmitter site presently.

I would like him to try a "blues/rock" format but first we need to talk him into getting a new automation program. He has "Auto-mate" which to todays standerds sucks.

But what do you expect from someone who just purchased his first 8-track player 6 months ago.
lol
I love the guy but he needs to get into 2006, his trian of thought is in 1989. Using CD's is obsolete full time as a DJ.You can get away with it. But not the up to date thing to do.

Yes, WBLQ has moved to 96.7...I was listening to the station briefly this morning while driving through the area.

Hey, this is great! I guess I made a good prediction back in February. :)

In any case, I am glad that Chris is in the clear now without any interference worries.<P ID="signature">______________

Who cares? The station sucks anyway.
Well that's pretty rude. I think Chris does pretty well, and has overcome a few annoying obstacles, and he is still on the air. That says alot, so Im not sure if anyone cares if you think it sucks or not, I think he has done great given what he has.
