Have Th' Cigaretz Been Ripped Off By Miley Cyrus?!?

 In 1979 North Carolina's original Punk Rockers, Th' Cigaretz from Raleigh, released their only record, the self titled live album released on their own lable, Cancer Records. It included the song "Apartmentalivin". While doing show prep the other morning I was listening to some audio from "Dancing With The Stars" and listened to the clip of "Fly On The Wall" by Miley Cyrus (hey it was early...OK?). The musical hook is right up front and the very FIRST time I heard it I said DAMN!!! That's the hook from "Apartmentalivin". Go to my home page at www.combolandradio.com and listen to the evidence presented there. Am I wrong?

Here is a REALLY major rip. This is a live version, since I can't find the studio version to listen to on-line, but I think you can get the jist. Actual song starts at 3:00 into the video. Someone in radio should get this in a second.

PS
Here is a studio version I just found. May be clearer than the live one.

There is a story why this song happens to sound like the one ripped off from it.

I totally agree with Maxmg. Miley Cyrius is too young to be messing around with cigarettes. I mean she's supposed to be a role model or something???
