The FCC rejects CREATIVE MEDIA's request to reinstate the expired license of KXXA-A/CONWAY, AR and has deleted the station's license from the database. KXXA went silent on MAY 19, 2004 and lost its transmitter site; the FCC granted the station an STA for another site on AUGUST 9, 2004, and the station had not returnedby the time the COmmission sent notice of expiration on JUNE 6, 2005. The station asked for the Commission to use its discretion in allowing the station to return despite the expiration of the permitted silent term, but the Commission decided not to do so.
