Having trouble with UK radio streams

I am having trouble finding reliable proxy servers to get around the UK radio stream block. What are some free proxy servers that doesn't change countries every time you refresh the page? I want to listen to Star 107.9 at www.star107.co.uk. I read the other threads and none of those links provided worked. Do I have to configure both my browser and Windows Media player or which one? Please help. Thanks.
 
I dont get it,,, i have had no trouble accessing any UK stream here in the USA,,,, but thats mainly Kiss and Galaxy,,, and no surprise that the pirates dont block US listeners.
 
I can't get Smooth 102.2 from London...I was getting it for a while last year and the stream went dead....I also want to listen to Bright FM from Brighton, but it is blocked.
 
I just lost Access to Kiss 100 london as well,,, The Galaxy network was still working, but I dont know for how much longer. I only listen to the London Pirate Radio's now... They play better music anyway and they dont block international listeners.
