hbo family cancelled?

i was on hbo family this morning during their star trek marathon and it went black for a few minutes, then then channel was gone from the guide. i checked the channel's website and they had no schedule for november. has the station been cancelled or is it possibly just a drop by comcast

Fine for me...probably just the usual monthly overnight cable maintenance. Or a channel change which should propagate in the morning.

Trust me, if a nationally broadcast channel was 'canceled', you wouldn't hear about it first on a message board.
 
I always found "HBO Family" to be kind of an oxymoron anyway
 
It still appears on my FiOS DVR app on my iPhone on channels 406 & 407 in SD and 906 & 907 in HD. Not at home to see if they are actually there.
