HD-2s in Washington DC

SO what is the real deal?

Someone on the Urban Insite Vent posted they're hearing Gay 99.5-2, Jamming Oldies 95.5-2, and Disco 93.9-2(and the poster said he/she also heard current dance on 93.9-2, many could find that hard to believe given 93.9's owner Radio One)

Anyone with a HD Radio care to share what's on?

I know ABC is using WSJW's HD to stream its regular signal. What surprises me is that WMAL, WTEM, WTWP, and WTNT aren't all over HD because it gives them a better than FM sound quality.

I went to the NPR tech center a while back and saw all the HD maps and learned about the theory that 8 watts HD could replicate 8kw analog. It doesn't seem to work very well in actual practice.

Didn't KYS in the 70s used to be Disco 93 or soemthing like that? Still very weird format for a Radio One Station. I am suprise they didn't do all hip hop or maybe all reggae.
