HD Channels

I was streaming IHEART Radio American Top 40 the 80s on my tablet. Periodically, they mentioned a WMMX Dayton. I looked it up and it's their HD2 channel. I don't have an HD radio, but I was wondering if there are any local HD channels that host something similar to what WMMX is doing.

There is an HD Radio website, that lists the HD channels for each city and market, although they're not always up to date. Maybe that would help.

I have no idea about current channels, but for a while, KUBE/KPWK-HD2 was running iHeart's Kids Soundtrack Radio. Where that channel went when KUBE moved there from 104.9 or what it flipped to once KUBE returned to the main signal I have no idea. That's the only one I know locally, though I guess the originating station for iHeart 80s is KCDA in Spokane.

After KUBE returned to the analog/HD1 two years ago, the HD2 went to classic hip hop (discovered that on my friend’s HD radio she had then), then would later change to Pride Radio. When I did an HD scan back in August, I don’t remember picking up Kid’s Club (I believe that was what it was called) on any sidechannel.

Link to that scan, plus a few others I did around the Sound: https://youtu.be/G-at8YxTwj4

You're right, it was Kids Soundtrack Radio before it was Kids Club Radio. I have an aircheck of that when it was Kids Club, not Kids Soundtrack because the name had already changed when we finally got around to recording it.
