HD Delay and Remotes

I am not sure if we covered this or not but how are people handling delays and live "Marti" type remotes? Turning off the diversity delay and running in ballgame mode is not an option so please don't suggest it.
Is anybody using a good IFB system? How?
Is anyone using something else other than dialing a cell phone into a telco auto-coupler?

Details boys, gimmie details!

Looking for some suggestions since I will be using Marti's for some time to come.
