HD in Panama City?

HD isn't working too well. It's expensive to the station and consumer (look at the prices) and from what I heard, the stations are better off staying analogue

There are currently no HD stations in Panama City. We (CC) expect to have at least 2 HD stations on in 2008 here in Panama City. Many CC stations in larger markets are already on with HD and many are offering 2nd channels (aka HD-2). The closest markets to Panama City are Birmingham, Jacksonville, Tampa, Orlando and Atlanta. Receivers are coming down in price.

Charlie:

I **may** have one on the air in Dothan sometimes in 2008.
Receivers ARE coming down. Too bad transmitters aren't :)
