"HD Live" on 106.9

SO I was tooling around Eastern King County in my mighty VW Sportwagen this afternoon, trying to stay relatively sane in the isolation, when twirling around the dial I popped into 106.9 HD-1. Instead of the normal HD logo coming up and showing lock, I got a logo that said HD Live. It doesn't show up on their other HD channels, nor on any other HD channel on the dial. Never seen it before. What the heck is this? Anyone with any background knowledge here?
 
I got the same thing on an HD-2 channel (can't remember the station, it wasn't 106.9 though) earlier in the year. Might be some sort of generic logo put up by the HD system if and when the station doesn't have one of their own. Just a guess. Perhaps someone in the know will chime in here.
