HD radio and FCC requirements

I'm curious....do HD stations have to adhere to FCC requirements...ID's at the top of the hour, EBS transmissions, etc., etc.

As of right now the HD2/3 station do not need to provide EBS nor IDs. That may change. All HD receivers have PAD which displays the call signs anyways. HD1 by default does provide the ID and EBS.
