HD radio for factory car stereos

So if Ibiquity comes out with a "univeral" box to work with Sat-ready car steros,( http://www.mediaweek.com/mw/news/tvstations/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1001806221 ) where does that leave a guy that has a 2005 Chevy Pickup WITH XM built-in? Is there still a port to hook the HD box up to without modulating it or using something else to get the signal into the factory unit? Hopefully GM has a port that allows other accesories to be connected to the car stereo units that is hidden in-dash on the unit.

Or you can go with the Radiosophy radio (when it comes out late March) and use an FM modulator just like Sat Radio.

I could be wrong but.....
Plug it into your CD changer port then plug your CD changer into it (if you have on)

I can plug a kenwood CD changer into my HD module.
