HD Radio in Albany

Flipping around on my Insignia HD radio today, I've noticed that two of Clear Channel's HD2s have changed formats: 98.3 is now playing an all-80s format (I think... flipping by it a couple times I only heard 80s music, but maybe it includes some late-70s and/or early-90s) while 102.3 is playing an old-school hip-hop/R&B format. Although I support running digital and analog radio alongside each other, I don't like the proprietary nature of HD Radio myself... but I think it's nice on FM but a nuisance on AM :p
